Frozen Strawberry Delight

4 cups strawberries
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tub (8 oz.) Cool Whip
8-10 Oreo cookies
1 Tbsp. melted butter
8x4-inch loaf pan
aluminum foil

Shape foil onto outside of 8x4-inch loaf pan. Then line the inside of the pan with that foil, with the ends extending over the sides of the pan (long ways). Mash 2 cups of strawberries in a large bowl. Stir in condensed milk and lemon juice. Stir 2 cups of Cool Whip into strawberry mixutre. Pour into the prepared loaf pan. Finely chop Oreo cookies. Combine cookies and melted butter. Spoon over the mixture in the loaf pan. Cover the dessert with the ends of the foil and gently press the cookies into the strawberry mixture. Freeze 6 hours or until firm. (I think I froze mine 4 hours-and that was good enough) Invert dessert onto a serving plate when ready to serve; remove pan and foil. Spread the remaining Cool Whip onto the top and sides of the dessert. Slice the remaining 2 cups of strawberries and decorate your dessert! If you can't finish this whole thing in one sitting (which I highly doubt) if freezes again nicely and you can enjoy it more than once!!
