Barbecue Pork Ribs


1-2 lbs. country style pork ribs
1 bottle barbecue sauce
1/2-1 c. water
1/4-1/2 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. sea salt
1 Tbsp. pepper
(optional are garlic cloves and onions)

Place pork ribs in the crock-pot across bottom and in layers if needed. Add all ingredients at once. Let cook on HIGH for 5-6 hours. Then serve. Served with Caesar salad, and baked potatoes.
