Strawberry Butter Cream Frosting

4-6 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. butter or margarine, softened
1/3 c. mashed fresh strawberries
2 c. powdered sugar, sifted

In a bowl with an electric mixer, cream butter and cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in strawberries. Stir in the powdered sugar and beat until the right consistency for spreading.

Makes enough for an 8-9 inch pan.
