Yummy Homemade Chili

2 lbs. lean stew meat
1 lb. pork sausage
1 yellow onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 (14.5oz) can Diced Tomatoes
1 (6oz) can tomato paste
1 (1oz) packet chili seasoning
1 (15oz) can Chili Beans
1 (15oz) can Kidney Beans
1 (15oz) can Pinto Beans
1 (8oz) pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
1 Dozen fresh rolls or tortilla chips


Add 3 Tbsp. of flour to the stew meat and sausage in a pan. Add some oil and brown the meats. Dice you onion and garlic and add to meat. Cook 2-3 minutes till tender. Place the first 10 ingredients in the crock pot and cook it on LOW for 8-10 hours, or HIGH for 5-6 hours. Serve with cheese and rolls or chips.
