CRISPY MAC AND CHEESE CASSEROLE

1 can of cream of celery soup
1/2 cup of milk
dash of hot pepper
3 cups of cooked MACARONI
2 cups of grated cheese
1 cup of French Fried onions
1/2 tsp prepared mustard

In a 2 1/2 qrt dish blend milk, mustard and pepper until smooth. Stir in cooked macaroni and 1 1/2 cups cheese. Bake at 350 degs for 25 mins. Top w/onions and remaining cheese. Bake for 10 mins. more.
